Electron Microscopy
The Electron Microscopy discipline provides ultrastructural analysis of difficult neoplastic and non-neoplastic disorders, including various renal, muscle and platelets diseases. The laboratory prepares the samples to be examined by transmission electron microscopy techniques. In addition, basic histochemical and immunocytochemical methodologies are applied when appropriate.
