COVIDTestWA is a safe and secure pre-registration system that enables upfront capture of patient information used across the public PCR testing process in WA.
People presenting to our public PCR testing clinics can pre-register their details by scanning the QR code displayed on site or via this link.
Completing COVIDTestWA online won’t let you skip the queue but the more people who complete it the faster everyone’s sample will be collected and processed, and it reduces direct individual patient contact times at the COVID clinics.
COVIDTestWA will be available across all public metropolitan COVID-19 testing clinics - Murdoch drive through and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital are live now, with Rockingham going live this week and Royal Perth Hospital, Fiona Stanley Hospital, Armadale, Joondalup and Midland clinics in the weeks after that.
The system reduces manual effort and data entry which facilitates reduction in patient wait times and allows testing labs to know real-time numbers that will be received at any given time.
Once you have registered, your Unique Identification Number is valid for 365 days so hold on to it.
Get on board and pre-register your details before going to have your PCR test at one of the public testing sites.
